V型結構 齒形護板
"V"型破(po)碎腔(qiang)(qiang)和(he)齒形護板(ban)設(she)計更加的(de)(de)(de)合理,保證實(shi)際(ji)入料尺寸(cun)和(he)理論入料尺寸(cun)的(de)(de)(de)一致(zhi)性(xing),有效增大(da)破(po)碎面積,物料在破(po)碎腔(qiang)(qiang)內(nei)不(bu)會(hui)發生堵料,是的(de)(de)(de)破(po)碎率(lv)和(he)產量化(hua),提高顎板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)利用(yong)率(lv)。
液壓控制 清腔方便
配備液壓油(you)(you)站,保證(zheng)機器潤(run)滑(hua)系(xi)統為機器需潤(run)滑(hua)部件(jian)供油(you)(you),為機器安全(quan)作業提(ti)供保障。同時,如果破碎(sui)機在負荷狀態下停(ting)機,液壓清(qing)腔(qiang)系(xi)統可迅速清(qing)理破碎(sui)腔(qiang),大(da)大(da)減少了停(ting)機時間。
楔塊裝置 調節快捷
采用楔塊排(pai)料(liao)口(kou)調節系(xi)統(tong),是機器(qi)即(ji)使在(zai)空轉情況下也可以再幾分(fen)鐘之內把排(pai)料(liao)口(kou)挑(tiao)到(dao)預定值(zhi),在(zai)液壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)配(pei)合下,實現自動化,比老(lao)式的(de)墊片式排(pai)料(liao)口(kou)調節系(xi)統(tong)更簡單、安全、快捷。
工作原理
電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)皮帶和(he)皮帶輪,通過偏(pian)(pian)心軸使(shi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)前后上下(xia)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),當(dang)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)板(ban)(ban)向(xiang)定鄂(e)板(ban)(ban)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時,物(wu)料被壓 碎(sui)或(huo)(huo)劈碎(sui)。當(dang)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)和(he)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)板(ban)(ban)在偏(pian)(pian)心軸、彈簧的作(zuo)用下(xia)后退時,先前已被壓碎(sui)或(huo)(huo)劈碎(sui)的物(wu)料從(cong)鄂(e)板(ban)(ban)的下(xia)部排料口排出。隨著電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機連續轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而破碎(sui)機動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)作(zuo)周期性地壓 碎(sui)和(he)排泄物(wu)料,實現批量(liang)生產。
